Welcome, I’m Kristi.

I’m so glad you’re here!

Who I work with

Do you feel alone or stuck - pulled in different directions, unsure what comes next, or disconnected from yourself or your relationships? I offer a place to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I work with individuals, couples + families who are moving through times of change, uncertainty, or emotions that are difficult and stressful.

How I work

I’m a relationship-focused therapist and my approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. Let’s explore you and your relationships, and impactful connections that shape who you are and how you show up. I honor your values, goals and pace. I’m warm and non-judgmental, allowing you to be yourself. I like to laugh and laugh at myself. Humor usually makes its way into our shared space!

Personally

I think of this stage of life as my third chapter. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a career counselor across corporate, nonprofit, and healthcare settings, and spent several years at home raising my family. Each transition has shaped how I understand change, identity, and resilience.

Today, I bring both professional experience and a meaningful amount of “life seasoning” into the therapy room. I live in Minneapolis with my three teenagers and our rambunctious, curious and playful puppy, Bernie. I hope he’ll be our therapy dog someday.
